I am to have found this group! We can all reach our goals. I can do this! I have lost 13 pounds since December but really I am happy that my resting heart rate has dropped 5 beats on average. I had a walking partner but she has backed out of the commitment. I do half before work and half after work. I set goal of 60 minutes of exercise and will do this 6 times a week. I am going to track my minutes exercising this month. I bought a fitbit too to help me track my minutes in cardio and sleep. I just went back and looked at how January went for me and I saw an increase in my activity. I am hooked on her dvd's and purchased 4 of them. I decided to do her challenge and loved it! I have never done anything like that before. I learned about Leslie over holiday break. ![]()
